The position at a glance

Fresh Shared Ecosystem team is looking for a Technical Lead.

The candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the data procurement framework including the data visualization, and business intelligence. Collaborate with the technical peers, Data Architect, Business Analysts, Functional teams, and Downstream/business users to implement the data representation solutions. Ensure the BI layer is adherence to IT Security requirements

Mission

  •      Handle the development and maintenance of FRESH data procurement platforms for reporting and analysis purposes.
  •      Design, develop, and maintain ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards.
  •      Build dynamic dashboards using customizations, visualizations, and innovative new features
  •      Create and support data procurement solutions that can be represented in a meaningful format.
  •      Collaborate with business analysts to better understand the user requirements and deliver matrices, dashboard, reports.
  •      Upgrade the infrastructure and the platform to the latest compliant solutions and remediate any existing vulnerabilities.
  •      Maintain and enhance existing web solutions in accordance with business needs

Responsibilities

  •  Responsible for the technical delivery of data procurement project activities and solutions that fulfils the user requirements and the IT security standards and corporate.
  •  Work closely with Solutions and Data Architect, Functional Lead, Technical Peers and Business users to ensure success delivery of the project.
  •  Design, Review and build technical data procurement and web solutions based on functional requirements defined by business and functional team.
  •  Analyze the Business needs, translate functional requirements into technical specifications along with working closely with the technical team to deliver an end-to-end solution.
  •  Builds partnerships with assigned developments teams and provide technical hands-on solutions.
  •  Lead and manage all development in relation with the data procurement platform and Data Management team: DWH / Infrastructure / Data exchange / ETL / DQ / Data solutions …
  •  Discuss/lead the discussion with the technical team to design the optimum technical components to be delivered to achieve the platform objectives, hands-on is highly required.
  •  Participate in the development of global solution and architecture, hands-on, to ensure timelines, quality and accuracy of the deliverables are achieved.
  •  Accountable for the delivery of BI and web solutions and with advanced level involvement in the technical design and implementation.
  •  Ability to coordinate multiple technical topic across multiple infrastructure team, and has a strong ability to challenge proposed technical solutions and timelines.
  •  Constantly report status, capacity planning, risks, book of work to Management.
  •      Responsible for the successful delivery of web projects and organized data solutions to the different functions to have the ability to visualize data in meaningful representation, and have the ability to analyse.

Preferred Qualifications

  •  5+ years of experience in managing a technical team.
  •  Excellent understanding of the concept of Data Warehouse, ETL, Business Intelligence and infrastructure.
  •  Advanced level expertise (hands-on) in -but not limited to-:
  •    Business Intelligence development
  •    Advanced PLSQL.
  •    Unix Shell Scripting.
  •    Autosys.
  •    ETL development is a plus.
  •   Proven experience in strategic planning and oven experience in risk management.
  •   Proven experience in change management.
  •  Knowledge on Development technology: OBIEE/OAS, Tableau, BOXI SAP, SSRS, OFSAA and ETL platforms is a big plus.
  •  Excellent analytical skills.
  •  Good communication skills both oral and written to be able to work with both the technical and sponsors users.
  •  Previous experience in large corporation environment.

Knowledge of the English language is required.
